PURPOSE
Build Guard is for people who need an independent check of an AI-built app. Its job is to verify the app and provide a signed release passport.
CONSTRAINT
Verification follows BG-STANDARD-0.2. The Customer Zero fixture notes-broken must return HOLD with four distinct roots: setup docs, failed delete journey, authorization leak and duplicate idempotency. That is a required outcome, not a reported fixture pass.
FAILURE
Desktop navigation was invisible on the live page, yet it passed review because nobody looked at the page. The navigation was fixed on 2026-09-08. The failure was in the review as well as the interface.
