Intent and local evaluation

Typed text, limited to 280 characters, is evaluated on the operator's own machines and is sent to no third party for evaluation. The site sends it to its own decision endpoint with the current interface state, visited node IDs and coarse interaction statistics. No raw pointer paths, fingerprint or visitor identifier are collected. If local evaluation is unavailable, a deterministic provider runs in the application process. Generated reading uses curated node content on the operator's own machines, without your typed text.

The Observatory temporarily keeps your input and up to 64 decision records in this tab's memory. Closing the page or using its forget action clears those records. Do not put sensitive information in the intent field.

Contact is forwarded, not stored

After you explicitly confirm a message, the optional name, reply email and message are forwarded through the configured delivery services below. This application does not store contact data in a database or application logs. The draft stays in this tab until you leave the channel or delivery succeeds. Delivery services and the operator's inbox may retain the delivered copy under their own retention policies; this notice does not promise their automatic deletion.

We use contact details only to deliver and respond to your request. Contact noumenon.aii@gmail.com to ask about a delivered message or request deletion.

Local-only memory and clearing it

Architectural session memory is local-only: the versioned localStorage key latent-os.memory contains at most 512 node IDs in visit order with visit times rounded down to the hour. It contains no typed text, contact data or precise timestamps. Unlike the temporary decision record, these traces can remain across visits until you clear them. Visited IDs can be included in a later same-origin decision request to restore familiar navigation.

Choose forget this place here or inside the Observatory. You can also remove this site's data in browser settings. Close or reload other open tabs to clear their temporary records. Storage is optional; navigation works when it is blocked.

Configured service providers

This list reflects deployment configuration at build time. The operator must update it and rebuild when providers change. A configured host handles network traffic needed to serve the site; infrastructure retention is separate from this application's no-storage contact design.

No analytics

There are no analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from this site. Application logs contain route, status, timing and provider or policy metadata, never typed text or contact fields. Rate limiting may use an IP address only as a short-lived in-memory key behind a configured trusted proxy; it is not logged by the application. Hosting infrastructure may handle network metadata to serve and secure requests.

Your choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification (correction), deletion, export (data portability), or objection to the processing of your personal data. This application stores no contact data. Requests concern delivered copies held by the operator, including copies in the operator's delivery accounts, rather than an application database. Browser-only navigation memory can be cleared with forget this place. Applicable rights, legal grounds and complaint routes depend on Florida, United States and must be completed by Noumenon before reliance on this template. You can browse the crawlable reading routes without entering text or sending a message.

International transfers

Delivery providers, when configured, may process your forwarded message outside your country. The configured providers are named above. The operator must confirm applicable transfer safeguards for the deployment before relying on this template.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent personal data through the contact channel, contact noumenon.aii@gmail.com so the operator can address delivered copies.
