Purpose and limitations

This site is an interactive studio portfolio and an experiment in decision-driven navigation. Evidence records carry their own dates, sources and limitations. Test counts describe suite sizes on their stated dates, not coverage or a guarantee of reliability. Generated reading can be incomplete or incorrect. Follow source material and use your own judgment.

Use and availability

You may explore, read and contact the studio. The service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE. Features depend on configured local services and can be unavailable. No availability, accuracy or fitness guarantee is offered to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site or its contact channel for:

• Illegal content, infringement of intellectual property, or child sexual abuse material. There is zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material.
• Impersonation, harassment, spam or scams.
• Scraping at abusive rates, interference with other visitors, unauthorized access or malicious payloads.
• Attempts to defeat the policy or the sandbox, including their safeguards.

The operator may refuse requests or block abusive traffic and end access to the site or contact channel for these violations.

Liability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability for claims arising from this free site or its contact channel is capped at the amount you paid the operator to use this site, which is zero. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the operator for third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the contact channel or the site. This responsibility applies to your own unlawful conduct, not the operator's conduct.

Messages and privacy

A contact message is sent only after explicit confirmation. Contact data is forwarded, not stored by this application. Delivery providers and the operator may retain delivered copies. Sending a message does not create a service agreement or a promise of a reply. Do not send confidential or sensitive material.

Typed intent is evaluated on the operator's own machines and sent to no third party for evaluation. There are no analytics. Local-only session memory keeps navigation traces; use forget this place on the Privacy page or in the Observatory, or clear this site's browser data. Close other open tabs to release their temporary records. The Privacy notice explains configured providers, retention and choices.

Content and links

The studio owns its original content and design, including its text, graphics and site presentation. Other material and linked projects remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders. You may view this site for information; no broader license to reuse the studio's content or linked projects is granted unless their stated license allows it.

You retain ownership of the content you send. You give the operator permission only to forward and use your contact message to handle and respond to your request. Linked projects and services have their own terms and licenses. A link is not a guarantee of their availability or accuracy. Changes and disputes

Noumenon may revise this site and these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and disputes are brought before the courts of Florida, without limiting mandatory consumer rights where the visitor lives.
